Berlin
So excited to go! Our taxi arrives at 4:00am to take us to the airport for a 6:30 flight. A little bit yuck but I’ll somehow make it through. I’ll be getting about 2 hours of sleep tonight so I’m hoping for a nap before we go out on our pub crawl tomorrow night. I’m happy it’s just me & my best friend Emily + our 3 Canadian guy friends. There will be so little drama and so much fun compared to all other trips we’ve had so far. We all just know how to have a good time.
However, I know that my diet will consist of almost solely doner & falafel since these guys are the cheapest people I know.
I also am completely in love with Germany & all the German people I’ve ever met. Friendliest country ever, but that could be due to my last name. My plan is to start learning German when I get back home so I can go back and really enjoy it.
The best part of the weekend will be the Portugal. The Man show on Sunday at Lido. I love those guys and it’s going to be nice to see somewhat familiar faces for the first time since I’ve left home! I’m also excited to show all my new friends here why exactly I love the band so much. Their live show has converted so many of my friends already.
